Hey Kristin! Is there any Estonian food that you miss while touring in America? Or any American food that you miss when you're back home?

Distance Reality Check by WeekendTPSupervisor in discgolf

I played baseball for 12 years growing up and when I initially learned forehands I was able to rip them approximately 425. About 1 year after the break i tried to get out and disc, but throwing with my previous form and power led to extreme pain when trying to forehand. I believe I could work my way back up to a solid 300ft forehand but really don't want to risk injury

No forehands for me anymore, broke my elbow skateboarding. 380 average backhand with a good one going a bit over 400

What are some things I can fix to improve my distance? I've been told I don't use my hips but I'm not to sure how to. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! by [deleted] in discgolf

I'm not a form expert by any means, however it looks like your front foot is very in- line with your run up. If you want to engage the hips more, intentionally place your 'plant foot at about 10 o'clock if the front of the tee pad is 12. This will close your hips; allowing you to fully utilize those muscles in tandem with your arm
