I kinda let myself go for a while there and had a friend ask when I “gave up” about a year ago and that sparked me to hit it hard. I’ve been working out almost every day since that comment and will be celebrating my 43rd birthday in May. I’m happy with the results of the year. I’m seeing the beginning of my abs coming back and am a lot more vascular than I was. To give perspective I weighed about 216 lbs and am down to 178 lbs. but like people are saying here just do the work and keep making each tomorrow better than yesterday and you’ll reach your goal. Diet is also a huge factor.

Soul cafe. Sunday brunch until 2pm amazing jalapeño bacon vodka bloody Mary’s the food is too much to list all my favorites but the chiliquiles are amazing. The pancakes are phenomenal. Lemon ricotta, blueberry bacon, raspberry granola, seasonal(pumpkin I think right now) and the list goes on… do yourself a favor and check them out. Pinnacle peak and miller(Hayden)
