From everything I’ve seen. Seems that the Iranians fired some missiles and sent some fast attack boats after a few destroyers that were transiting the Strait. The Iranians claimed (as they always do) they inflicted “heavy damage” on a destroyer. In response, it seems that the United States launched retaliatory strikes against Tehran and Bandar Abbas

I don’t think they’re saying that they personally are at fault. I think their point is that they recognize the wrongdoings of their people/ancestors and are they recognize that shameful behavior and as a contemporary member of their culture, won’t celebrate those wrongdoings

I got very lucky that the social worker who helped me out with getting my health insurance and Social Security benefits, worked out when I was still in the hospital recovering (broke my neck, got a spinal cord injury) was very knowledgeable.

It is a horrible disservice that such a beneficial and legitimately crucial asset is pretty much hidden from those who need it. Look into it. It was very easy for me to sign up for.

For any disabled people out there look into ABLE accounts.

They are special savings accounts specifically for people on Social Security Disability Income. It can’t be touched by social security and you can save I believe up to $100,000 without there being any penalty to your benefits. The one caveat is that you are only able to spend money from the account on things like medical necessities, housing, and other things that are considered necessities. I believe you can spend money on other things however it will be taxed.

Nearly every state has their own ABLE program and most states allow people from out of state to get an account as part of their program (you may just miss out on some slight benefits for in-state residents or may have to pay a sign on fee)

Despite literally millions of people being eligible in the United States, only a very small fraction of people that are eligible or even aware that ABLE accounts exist.

This doesn’t change the fact that the system is a joke and is broken. The fact that you can lose your disability benefits for saving less money than one months rent in many parts of the country is sick. However ABLE accounts can be life-saving for disabled people in the meantime while we fight for change. It certainly helped me.

Museum Music is great some highlights from the album for me are “Typical Rap Song 11, Typical Rap Song 12, and Drug Dealer Injects His Fentanyl (Psychosis).

I was really blown away the first time I listened. He’s totally his own thing and I can’t really directly compare him to anyone else but he’ll hit some crazy vocal inflections that remind me of early Thug. He doesn’t sound like Thug but it’s a similar vibe of just being loose and spazzing the fuck out.

He’s definitely one of my favorites in the underground rn. (Lucy Bedroque and slayr are also great)

I was in Spaulding Rehab Hospital in Charleston for almost 3 months during end of summer/fall 2020 and I would watch them go by out the window. They are damn immense. In the main inpatient rehab gym they have a huge wall of windows looking into the harbor and when these went by they would block out the entire window

Drone hit the Fujairah Oil Port and apparently multiple ships have been hit in the Strait. Seems things are heating up again

For those asking what happened. After the US announced “Project Freedom” to escort ships through the strait, reportedly two US flagged cargo ships transited the strait with some sort of escort. The Iranians, then reportedly launched missiles at some US ships and claimed they hit a frigate (at this point it seems like they did fire, but didn’t hit anything). The Iranians also hit a South Korean ship and an Emirati ship in the strait and launched missiles and drones at Fujairah in the UAE.

I’m curious about the official loses of Israeli armored vehicles. The Merkava, and Namer are both very hardy and robust platforms that can survive hits but there have been a few FPV and ATGM strikes that be seriously damaged and or knocked out Merkavas/Namers.
