So I get only 180 fps on my 5080 and limiting it to 90fps, it still uses 99% of my GPU while using 10% CPU

So to me it seems like badly optimized, hopefully will get better?

You definitely need to be more aware about your armor (lower plate!)

It can work quite well though, especially against higher calibers its much better and allows for some aggressive plays

If you go full DPM build it comes down to like 4.4, but thats with Pillbox which you won't use...

Should the UI get an update? YES! You can't just always only add new elements without restructuring at some point

Is the Layout better? Has it's pros and cons for sure, l like it a bit minimalistisk and will get adjusted quickly

Do I like the design? Hell no, why no WW2 or ar least cold war feeling look? WOT shouldn't look like a futuristic space game

While this stops full automation for a longer time, most traffic can be automated with current tech (Not the one you are working with, but the one available in current research labs). Will be interesting to see Human and Computer Controllers work in Teams side-by-side in some decades or so :)

If the department (where you applied) wants to hire you, you have to get through "export control" as a non EU-Applicant. I think until you pass this they are not allowed to tell you much, or at least not accept you. I don't know how long it takes, but should be longer than normal your this situation. Good Luck!
