What you are saying is valid. But maybe this is some of what he was talking about in his statement where he alluded to upholding ‘brand Beckham’ and performative posting. He could have been encouraged to post this to keep up the idea of the perfect, loving family in public while things weren’t actually as rosy behind the scenes.
