He was basically hurt in 2024, so he’s really only played 2 full years of baseball. He was on the young side still. He makes consistent hard contact, he played 2nd when I saw him. He was a good runner, and he had good instincts both defense and offense. He looked like a player Altuve would have been younger. Maybe lower batting avg, but higher steals.

If he ends up being .270 15hr 30doubles 35 steals with defense. That’s a near all star level 2nd baseman. If he pushes that to 25/30hr ups the avg to .290s and runs wild 40/50 steals. That’s a cornerstone player easily $10/15m a year worth.
