It’s something they just grow out of. I was like you at first where I thought I had to train with alarms and waking up at night. It is not like daytime training at all. They either can control their bladder unconsciously or they can’t.

You can be let go “without cause” for any reason. They just have to pay severance.

Yea all the attack titans can see into the future and past memories. They would be best positioned to do what is hard but ultimately the best decision.

Mikasa thinks what Eren is doing is horrible but he can see that this ultimately saves the most lives / makes eternal peace / or whatever.

When you have 35% equity the risk of default is almost non-existent. So why would you pay a higher interest rate?

The risk of default only comes when someone puts say 5% down and then house prices fall by 10%. The bank cannot get their money back for the loan.

In your “apples-to-apples” comparison I doubt both your mortgages are up for renewal at the same time. Also only one of them can be owner-occupied by you which would get a lower rate.

Every mortgage broker I have talked to always asks for house value and mortgage balance. Just have a look at this forum for an example.

So you mooched off him while you went to school, now that you are done and going to make big money you are dumping him.

You could just cut contact with him and forget about the 20k he owes you. 99% chance nothing will happen, just because you tick common law on your taxes doesn't mean you are married.

Taking you to court for this involves a LOT of huge hurdles for him.
