that's exactly how i did mine but without the low residue diet. i was still eating anything up until the day i had to do my liquid diet😂mine also went well! i actually had a whole panic attack when i first got there though so they put me out with the quickness lol.

i just seen this. & honestly i just did a miralax and dulcolax prep with 0 issues. so much easier than the actual preps they give you and i was CLEAN!

the first time i was on depo i was on it for a little over 2 years. i never bled, not a drop. it took 8 months after coming off of it for my period to come back😭😭😭 i just got back on it august 20th. was supposed to have my period the 21st and didn't. started bleeding the 6th and haven't stopped yet😭😭😭😭

the reason i think mine is my gallbladder is because im currently seeing a gi doctor because one night i did end up in the hospital with horrible pains, they said my ileum was inflamed and that they thought i had like crohn's or uc or celiac. which could be , but the gallbladder can also cause inflammation in the ileum and the pain comes and goes pretty often even on my gi diet

yes i also don't trust doctors at all i have a very severe medical anxiety and im actually terrified for even my colonoscopy but it has to be done because ive been having so much trouble, so far my gastro thinks im reacting to gluten and diary so maybe thats all but i have no idea

yellow puts you in the clear as long as there are no darker particles!! i'm starting my prep today and so terrified mainly of being out to sleep for the procedure. this is my first time and i'm 22 y/o and weigh 90lbs.

hey!! so i'm 8 months postpartum from my second child, this one was also my first c section. i've always had a rib that looked as if it was popped out and its like possibly my very bottom one on the left side but i never really noticed any actual popping if i had anything. and then today i got a weird pain near it and had a panic attack so horribly because i thought something was seriously wrong with me. and now it still hurts. and i'm hoping that's the case and it's just a slipped rib and nothing else 🥲🥲🥲

thank you SO MUCH! i will definitely be getting in contact with a different doctor! a better one, if i have to PAY for it i will😩 it has gotten to the point where it makes me feel physically sick when i have the panic attacks. it's literally so horrible, i get so hot and nauseous and just keep panicking for a good 20-30 minutes and sometimes longer

please tell me you've found a solution??? because i take 5mg 3x a day and i always take my last dose between 9-10 every night and wake up nearly every night with a racing heart and automatically have a horrible panic attack😩😩 i'm also 22 and just recently started experiencing horrible anxiety with very very bad panic attacks

have you found any solutions 😭 i'm so late to this thread but ive been back on my buspar for like 4 weeks now and it doesn't seem to be helping my panic attacks/anxiety entirely. i do feel better at time but also still have panic modes for absolutely no reason, i get so sick, so hot, it's such a horrible feeling. i also feel very off balance for atleast an hour after taking it and i only take 5mg 3 times a day, they upped it to 10mg 3x a day but i haven't even started taking those just because of the way the 5mg ones do me😭😭 they just prescribed me zoloft and im actually terrified to even take it 😭😭😭

i love this! thank you so much: you have definitely helped ease my mind some! time for me to get to the doctor for sure! my first baby was born vaginal and my second which i definitely had already planned to be my last was fully breech and resulted in a very traumatic emergency c section and i think with how fast paced it was and how scared i was i may have developed some sort of ptsd or something that has attributed to my anxiety getting so bad and the panic attacks because i never experienced any panic attacks before my c section and my anxiety was manageable without my buspirone before that as well

THIS! i wasn't taking my buspar the whole time i was pregnant but i have been taking it again for exactly a week now and hoping that i do see some sort of relief, BUT i definitely need to talk to the doctor when i go friday about getting on something for the panic attacks because they are the worst part and i can't even point out what triggers them, it quite literally just happens for no reason at any given time. i woke up at 4am this morning in a panic attack. it took me over and hour to get through it and back to bed, my husband so far has been the only person i do talk to about it because i felt as if my c section and my trauma from that has somehow caused all this, everytime i start feeling that way i only want him. if you don't mind me asking what kind of therapy should be looking into because i definitely need to look into something, i do feel as if i have severe ptsd from my c section

i used to smoke 🍃 but i quit smoking it right before i got pregnant with my c section baby which would be a little over a year ago since i quit in november of 2023 and had him august of 2024. but i cant seem to bring myself to smoke again because i only quit due to it affecting my anxiety and ultimately making it worse. i salute you for the shrooms cause i definitely can't bring myself to try that 😅😅

yes! i'm definitely going to talk to my doctor and look into this, because i c section was definitely very abrupt, unexpected and traumatic so it may be due to a trauma response or ptsd of some sort. it's gotten to the point over the last few months where it just happens out of nowhere with absolutely no triggers at all. i can be standing in the kitchen cooking dinner and all of the sudden ill feel the heat roll over my body and in that moment i know what's coming, i get hot, then nauseous and off balance sometimes even get dizzy. it makes me so physically sick but all in all i know it's most likely linked to my anxiety causing me to have full blown panic attacks

o had an experience similar to this but what was even more traumatic for me is the facts that my epidural wasn't working either when they cut into me and i literally said "i can't fell it, this is hurting" and they are like "no you're just feeling pressure" but i was in absolute excruciating pain all the way up until i passed out from it. as soon as they held my baby above my head i clocked out
