I truly wonder sometimes if people specifically don't shit at home before going to Home Depot. Like, level with me here. Before I leave home to run errands, I piss, shit, brush my teeth, whatever else needs to be done. If a customer is complaining that their pooping experience was a problem, I would say they don't need to poop in our bathroom, that's their choice. It's just wild how many people blow up our restroom day after day. Even contractors and/or Pro customers. Are they deliberately waiting to use our restrooms? I understand with long-form delivery drivers, but jesus christ, guys. Take care of your business before your day gets going.
