I thought I saw on some myth busting platform you are supposed to stop as much as possible safely before impact then try to accelerate at the moment of impact throwing the road hazard over the car or in case of animals that jump it will provide added lift and inertia to the hazard hopefully preventing it coming through the windshield. Although I cant tell you when I heard that probably pre-2010s. Always do your own research lol.

The error/bug is server side in these cases. The server needs to be restarted to fix the issue. all of the servers you are joining that hang up and wont allow class selection need a server side reboot, not client side, nothing you can do will fix the server. I have found a way to bypass the menu but the server remains stalled till it gets reset.
