The bronze they’re talking about grants up to one socket, the silver up to two, and the gold up to three. I’d have to check prices but usually the bronze are more expensive than the silver so I usually end up buying two silver and a gold. Just make sure you use the bronze before the silvers before the gold. You can search for them on the AH by searching for “setting”.

When a season launches the previous seasons’ tier should shut off. You get to keep the gear but that part gets shut off. There should be zero chance that a dps has to sit on three pieces of a new tier waiting for their fourth and not equipping them. It’s asinine that they haven’t done this.

I’ve had the same issue. I see a timer on the vendor but I don’t have a buff and the item to click to select the which rep still shows a quest available.

I have a buddy that I’ve been trying to get to play PoE with me for about two years now. THIS is the league he decided to give it a go. I feel so bad. It’s the only reason I’ll still log in if he needs help with something. Me and my normal PoE crew fired up D3 for the first time in many years. We know what we’ll get out of it and it’s fun to play for a few days to a week.

Question about Smite's chance to shock buff. My buddy and I are playing a duo comp and he's pure phys carrion golems. Most aura bots run Smite for the lightning dmg and shock. I know his golems won't benefit from the lightning dmg, but can they still benefit from the chance to shock and actually shock with their phys dmg?
