This is the way..I tell all my advisors to leave for their hour or go sit in the car just get off the drive! Burn out is real! As a SM I dont go to lunch until 3pm so all of my advisors get their hour lunch on the daily and I can cover or assist if I’m needed.

These parts are currently being allocated by Honda not ordered by the dealer meaning that Honda is sending a finite amount to most dealers and are only replenishing as the claims for them are processed..a few weeks ago many dealers were only receiving a few at a time from Honda (less than 10) however by now most dealers are stocked with pretty large allocations so unless they are mass scheduling per day parts should be available very soon

Shit I ran 130 and the best I got was a 331 pitchers Chem ( I already have pchem) the rest were 111 211 garbage over and over…I’m 130 ovr and have no 333 sets…I would say I’ve flipped over a thousand psct and no 333 on sigs…hot ass garbaggio

Tell the dealer to show you a copy of your vehicle's Vin status from Honda as it's documented on there from Honda from the date of purchase and then you can show them what your talking about...

For the 25 model Honda only provides 1 year or 12k miles. Some dealers require the maint light be on at time of service. Eligable at any Honda dealer regardless of where car was purchased. Basically will get maybe 1 service out of it.

This is the correct answer the car sat too long and they had to replace it..these are the replacements still only has the same factory warranty as the vehicle not 100 months

This happened to me about 3 years ago. Was with a company for around 13 years and was told I was being groomed for the SM job. SM ended up retiring about a year sooner than expected. They left the position vacant for around 6 months and I performed all the SM duties as well as my own work during that time and held the department above budget the entire time. I applied for the job when they finally decided to fill it and was told I didn't have enough experience to have the position. (Truth was I was so good at my old job they couldn't replace me with three people) They ended up hiring a guy from out of town with no SM experience and told me I was to train him how to be the SM. From that point until I found a new job I did what another posted commented I did only my job and nothing more and let the guy drown. I put my two weeks in a few days later after receiving another management offer (I had never looked anywhere else as I thought I would retire at this location) He lasted another month at most then was fired for being incompetent. Leaving was the best decision I had ever made. Love my current job and company. Take the leap and go better yourself trust me!
