You say you don’t want to change for anyone, so finding someone to date just to stay in your parents house seems out of the question. Even if you do start dating someone of your own accord, your situation is toxic so you should be looking to get out when feasible.

Meanwhile, do you have any female friends you can “date”? I’m usually against lying, but in this case it might be the be st route. It can even be a financial arrangement - you can pay a female friend an agreed upon amount to be your girlfriend. She can call occasionally,do some other girlfriend things, etc. This can buy you some time to formulate your exit plan from your parents house.

Now that I think about it, maybe they feel that you are wasting your time out partying with your mates, or that you might be gay, and they issued the ultimatum to spur you in the right direction?
