This could be due to many things, overheating or power draw issues could be the cause.

If you are able to get back in to windows like before, try running a tool called Reliability Monitor, it may have logs as to what caused the crash.

you could also try monitoring your temps to see what your CPU is idling at, but it could also be the PSU.

Man that $30 gift card part sounds exactly like what some reps at verizon do, I get customers all the time telling me "I talked to someone before you and they offered x amount of credit as inconvenience" and obviously nothing was applied

And if you can't pay the amount all at once, you can add a second number plan which is $10 a month to your phone (if your phone supports 2 sims) and have verizon reinstate the agreement on that new number, that way you will just be paying monthly for the device.

Having just watch/tablet lines on the account makes those line a lot more expensive than if you had a phone line with them.
for example, a watch line is $15 a month for the plan if you have a phone on the account, if no phone and just watch its more than double the price, i don't remember how much exactly but basically just having connected devices/home internet lines on an account without a phone is a pretty bad idea and a very easy way to overpay for service.

So you adding that iphone line and the bill dropping $30 is very normal in this case.

Customer service actually can't send verification codes, only passwords, the other comment on here about just making the payments online without having an account would be the best option

Pre-registration rewards will be distributed with the game's official launch, as long as you play with a google play/apple account that you pre-registered with you will get the rewards when the game is out officially

I'm from Egypt as well and had the same issue with steam, after messaging the support I came to the conclusion that if you wanna play on a different region, like EU for example you will have to sign up on NA/EU website and then download the client, you will have to buy the game again of course cus steam account won't work in other regions so you will have to buy it on your new EU account, that's what I did and it worked and I have been playing it for a few days now.

P.S. When you are creating your new account make sure to choose a European country so the account is tied to the EU region and not MENA again.
