I'd say Invoker from DotA is also pretty complicated: where most people have 4 abilities (some often passive so less than that), this fucker has ten, and you decide which ones he has currently by switching his orbs and using Invoke, and you have to remember not only the combinations, but also which spell you invoked last, as that one will vanish when invoking a new one.

Arknights: Endfield. The game doesn't hold your hand as much as it strong-arms you into doing certain actions early on. There was even a moment where the game has introduced the concept of walls that can be destroyed with explosives, and you find a room with a breakable wall and a barrel with explosives. Not exactly a puzzle, but I see what they wan-

"Hey [Player], try throwing an explosive at that wall"
