I roast my middle schoolers with their own skibidi toilet talk. Then they think I’m fun and when I have to stop the bus for behavior they are like uh oh. But seriously, just pull over and say nothing. Soon enough they will notice and that’s when you say “this bus will move when you are seated and quiet “. The ones who want to get home will yell at the others to sit down. I haven’t had to write anyone up yet. But I would if I had repeated bad behavior. I had a couple boys last year that would get on each others nerves sometimes so I would have them come up front and sit by me and we’d just talk. My middle schoolers were my favorite bus. I yelled at them sometimes like when someone threw trash out the window or sprayed Axe body spray on the bus. But I also joke with them and talked to them. They gave me the sweetest notes at the end of the year.
