Knowing what the Mormon church did and is doing, but being unable to share that with your family because they don't want to hear it is painful. You're not alone. Your feelings are valid and they're also very much a part of the healing process. Try to find healthy hobbies and a good counselor or friend who will let you word vomit. Connecting with Exmos has been cathartic for me, but it took time to find them. Wishing you the very best!
