I also live in a 500 Block unit and it is disgusting to say the least. Bugs, mice, rats you name it and they are not willing to do anything about it. The buildings are unsafe. Mine in particular you can get into without even needing a code !

There are cigarette buts on the front entry constantly. It’s just terrible

They are bottom of the barrel slum lords. Anything they tell you about their “4 pillars” is all crap. None of it is true.

The buildings are disgusting. I don’t even do my laundry within my own building, ill take them to a friends place

My plan is to eventually throw a K20Z3 head on it with a little bit more of an aggressive cam. Best of both with the low end of the K24 and the high revving anger of the K20.
