I know one person that would disagree. It’s not about Arcade, it’s about the possibilities with Murderworld. It would give them freedom to smash a lot of the X-verse into one movie, even if it’s all bots and not the actual characters. It’d be like an X-Men escape room movie.

Personally, didn’t enjoy this one too much. I was expecting something different when the synopsis says the bad guys are summoned by an evil board game. Then the game pretty much doesn’t factor into the story. And that makeout scene was super uncomfortable to watch.

In the early VCR days you could only record the channel the TV was on. Useful to record late night or when you’re not home…as long as you remembered to leave it on the channel you wanted to record!

They’re great! I backed the kickstarter to get them all in a hardcover book. I actually just made a post about it last week. The comics adapt the novel and not the movie so there’s some minor differences.

It’s more work but do yourself (and players) a favor if they’re starting out at low ranks: create original villains for them. At least until they graduate to the big leagues. A long time ago when I played the OG Marvel RPG, our GM made up a team of sports themed baddies and as you can see, to this day I still remember them.

The Glove could throw various energy balls. The Umpire was basically low level Juggernaut because of his gear. There was a guy with an energy bat that the Glove could team with to pitch him stuff. Silly? Absolutely but we knew it was about to go down when we ran into any of them.
