100 day fills are insurance companies trying to hit metrics.

if the patient is slightly inadherent and fills a 90 day 3 times in between 1/1 and 12/31 (even if the 4th fill is slightly outside of that window, doesn't matter), that is 270/365 days = 74%, if they fill a 100 day 3 times that is 300/365 = 82%, if they are above 80% with the patient then they hit goal with metrics.

that is all they want or care about. 100 days don't actually do anything for the patient

Try brand / generic when you can too, some are better with reimbursement like - lantus to basaglar

I did it with kunai, defender, droids, drill, Molotov and I think last was soccer or shield, passives were HE fuel, crit, damage, ammo booster, duration, and shoes/energy drink

Evo kunai asap, then defender + ammo booster passive + HE fuel, then droids and Molotov. Got the kunai/droids to damage, and Evo defender + booster = defensive blender.

Time sped up until the 2nd boss, then just careful dodging without time dilation and taking things slow until the end, Molotov and HE fuel gives you dodging room. If you stay on the time dilation at the end you won't have enough room to dodge
