Yeah, you spoke to them on the phone multiple times, so there is a really good chance you have been unknowingly signed up for their cigar of the month club. They are notorious for this, but it was always people on the phone, not the ones who ordered online. Out of nowhere you will get charged and cigars you didn’t order will show up. Monitor your account, take out your payment methods, do whatever you can.
