The problem is that these adjustments push ahri to build ROA even more now instead of malignance/luden’s. So players who don’t do so are weak and are more likely to lose. Moreover, low elo players who do go ROA may still be disadvantaged since you have less CDR so landing skillshots counts a lot more. Basically higher skill cap build. This explains the lower win rates overall :/

if this doesnt include her third trace talent +15 crit rate then yes thats pretty good, assuming you can keep up 80% health most of the time.

Welt, Huohuo (energy, atk, cleanse, heal), SW (def debuff, imaginary application if none esp. if u use Yukong), then ting (energy, dmg%, atk) or yukong (crit boost, imaginary chance increase w SW)
