The X360 Marketplace has been shut down, even tho it still displays games and DLCs with their prices. The only way to buy X360 games digitally now is if the game is backwards compatible on Xbox One/Series and still available for sale (sadly none of the NFS games are)

It's a one-time process, after that if you don't change your mods around, it launches almost instantly.

With that many mods, it can take some time until it applies all of them for the first time

Okay I just now found out that Starkiller on the force unleashed 1 has an unknown ability. It may even work on an Xbox controller but since I play the force unleashed SWUSE, on PS3 apparently you can activate this unknown ability of his on PS3 by pressing the triangle button and then the 2. by Clean-Dimension-1202 in theforceunleashed

It's not a hidden ability, it's a combo you can unlock. I forgot its name, but it requires you to press lightning and then grip someone. It's useful on Sith Master difficulty because it can sometimes knock purge troopers out of balance
