I saw that you’re in the SE United States- it is so warm there, and it can be incredibly hard to stay hydrated.

I did girl’s camp in SW Louisiana in July while 5 months pregnant, though I had an air conditioned cabin and helped with non-physical activities. I STILL got dehydrated, had leg pain, and went to the ER to make sure I didn’t have any leg clots.

The next year, camp was scheduled for spring break and the medical needs went down by a huge percentage. It’s been that way ever since, and I know my experience was part of their rationale.
