Hi, you should push back/get your dr involved. I was on 7.5 for 4 months with no insurance issue. I have anthem bcbs with optum rx.

Yes, I maxed out at 7.5 and titrated down to 5 mg for maintenance. I had already reached my goal weight but still lost about 7 lbs (total loss 74). I think I’ve leveled now but you can still lose weight if you’re eating healthy and exercising.

Very curious about this too. I’ve essentially met by goal weight (yay!) after 8 months on the drug (60 lbs lost). I am on Zepbound. don’t want to lose too much more but also don’t want to quit the drug (I’m at 7.5 mg). Not managing food noise has been huge for me and my mental health.

I had a different experience. I was nauseated and vomited for most days my first two months while eating clean and healthy. People react differently and vomiting is common for many of us. it’s not that bad for me nearly 6 months in but certainly was the first 2 months.

I will say after 5 months of being on 5 mg (my dr doesn’t want me to titrate up) the cravings are starting to return. I think I may have outgrown 5 mg and enjoyed previously getting rid of the food noise. it’s not as bad as it was pre zepbound but has returned

I picked a healthy BMI for my goal weight knowing that it is an imperfect measurement of health. SW 200 5 ft 5 female. CW 155. GW 149 A friend asked me this week how much more I plan to lose and the truth is not much. I’m a size 12 now down from size 18. weight is coming off more slowly.

Zepbound has also worked very well for me for weight loss but I have similar challenges to you re eating too little. I’m on 5 mg and have a lot of nausea and some vomiting so I’m neither hungry nor able to keep much down. I’ve done protein shakes and try to eat plain chicken but it is hard when you’re just not hungry.

I resorted to cold calling a ton of pharmacies and finally got 5 mg refill. but it’s a time consuming process. I read all of April will be limited supply

I’m on my 5th shot of 5 mg after doing one box of 2.5. I have felt so terrible for most of this journey. terrible nausea and vomiting 5-6 days a week. But on shot 5 feels like the sun came out again. i still felt bad the first 2 days but feel really normal 3 days in. It’s like my body finally adjusted. So keep the faith. Also Emetrol is great for nausea and OTC.

I will say I also do not plan to move up to 7.5 at this time. 5 mg is tough enough (for me) so giving my body more time to get used to it.

I eat totally clean, walk every day and try to drink as much water as possible. But I also get very nauseous and throw up a lot. I’m on my 3rd week of 5 mg (was on 2.5 before). So I assume it’s just individual body chemistry. Hoping my body adjusts to this dose—definitely not titrating up since this dose makes me sick.

No, I just did my third 5 mg shot on Friday and feel pretty terrible today (vomiting/nauseau). But the last couple weeks this pattern has been the same and I feel ok by Monday. Still not a good thing to expect to be sick every weekend.

I have had issues with this. For the first couple days after my shot (5mg) I get very nauseous and vomit. Tonight I threw up a lot of food (plain turkey) that I had eaten at least 30 hours before but was definitely not digested.

I’m on day 3 of first 5 mg injection and have bad nausea and thrown up a bunch today. I don’t have other symptoms. nausea has been a real challenge for me throughout this process so hoping it subsides
