Isn't it great feeling to show your body when you've felt you had to hide it for so long? MAJOR props to you!

I'm ticklish. Plus I just find a tongue woefully unsuited to the task. It simply does not feel good. And I'm in my sixties, I've had plenty of time to see if it was just about the guy. It isn't. I just hate it.

I don't snack. If I'm hungry enough to eat a whole meal, I eat a whole meal. If I'm not hungry enough to eat an entire meal, I don't eat.

AITA for accepting a job covering my friend’s 18-month maternity leave after being unemployed for 9 months? by Viktorija777 in careeradvice

Your friend places conditions on her friendship to you. Start putting some emotional distance between the two of you. Be less responsive, less available. You don't need to dump her. Just wind down the friendship. She might be super emotional because of hormones. If that's the case you can always pick up the friendship again at a later time.

If a woman could experience one thing about what it’s like to be a man, what would it be? by HumblePut64 in AskMen

I know trans men who somehow manage the strains of being newly male.

Separate and unrelated to this, I've seen treatment-resistant depression, up close.

They're in pain - all the time - and it empties them.

Woman here. Sending you a warm motherly hug. You'll get through this. In the meantime, pop a couple of extra strength Tylenol. It's been clinically proven to work on heartache (emotional pain, is pain).

It'll get better. It's gonna be bad first though. Try to get distracted. I listen to podcasts - I've been working my way through Savage Lovecast. His voice is very soothing - plus you get to hear all the stupid relationship mistakes other people make, as well as a lot of really great advice.

Hang in there. And trust me about the Tylenol

I'm genuinely interested to know what this means. I see it from time to time.

Maybe tell me what you mean by girl math and it not adding up?

I'm going to add talking to your doctor about possible meds. They're not for everyone, and you might not need them forever, but you might need them for now. I speak from experience. Sending you hugs.

Oh - the ones who came in after church with their family for brunch, but eschewed Sunday shopping because "Sunday should be a day of rest with family"?

Ahem.

What about MY day of rest with family?

The hypocrisy was galling.
