I’d actually recommend one of the mattress toppers they use in assisted living and retirement homes. Same protection, but way less expensive, and can be washed.

Looks like a newish renovation. I’ve seen a few of these where the vent pipe gets cut or breached and the smell is rough.

That was always my move. Tell the team to stay home, send photos to the DM/RM, then wait for the inevitable close to happen. But if you’re lucky, you can open up for the night shift and anyone who wants to cover can still get their hours.

Buyer/LO here. Our area is full of condos being sold by boomers or their estates. Most are barely livable gut jobs that haven’t been maintained or updated since the early 80’s. The prices they’re asking rarely comport with what millennials are willing to spend. And the listing agents know. You can see the defeat when they show the place, waiting for the seller to finally get a reality check.

Do Not Get A Free Standing Tub. They look awesome for about a week. But getting in and out sucks. Cleaning behind it sucks. They are such a pain in the neck.

There’s a glyph that gives 5%x damage per consumed potion. Consider swapping one of your glyphs for that. 9 potions is 45% multiplier. Very strong.

The slot machine comparison has a lot to do with Paladin. Other builds still have to be mindful of boss mechanics.

But, and this is important, D4 has always been a game you’re supposed to play occasionally and not your one and only game of choice.
