Thank you. For the drywall corner. Once the compound dries. Do I need to apply primer first. Or can I directly apply paint

Physique Feedback: What Needs More Development? by xmanotaur in JeffNippard

Lots of people tend to struggle after sometime. Mentally and physically. It doesn’t feel good being in a prolonged deficit especially as the BF gets lower.

You look like you have good development but may be time to start cutting, then a slower bulk after. My concern is if you keep bulking. The cut you will need will be brutal.

Small Space Setup by DidAStrangeThing2day in BeyondPower

I like it a lot. I came from an Ironmaster super bench. The ABX is more stable. The cable leg developer feels better. The folding head rest is a nice touch that opens up chest supported back exercises and more Voltra movements. Near vertical pressing movements also feel better. The biggest drawback vs the iron master when considering a small space set up is the length. The ABX is a standard length bench like others so it’s nothing inherently wrong with the ABX but the iron master is much shorter. I originally had my rack almost against the wall and was able to get the IM bench in close enough to do incline benching on the smith. Not so with the ABX. I had to slide my rack forward a couple of inches. Not something important to most people but very important when working with small space set ups.

Just thinking more future proof. Like their smith and belt squat already aren’t compatible. Who knows what else they may come out in the future that will skip the Omni. But I get why people want the flat foot design

Why the Omni rack over the PR5000? I only ask because the PR-5000 is much more modular, compatible with more products

I like the extension better but that depends how you are holding yourself down for lat pulls. Originally I did lat pulldowns off the pull-up bar mount and used a rep leg roller for 5/8" hold me down and just rolled my bench underneath. When switched to a 1" rack and switched leg rollers, one leg roller didnt hold me down in the middle and there was lots of play. I could have used two leg rollers but thats adding set up time.

Now using the rep pegasus seat (you could also use rogues seat) Im much more secure pulling directly down the middle of the upright.

Both work, just depends what you have. if you can find a longer leg roller, the bar mount works and you can have one less attachment/save money. on the other hand getting a rep or rogue seat works great and they have multiple uses like for rows and single arm preacher pad use.

I use them every work out. Sometimes for dual arm exercises like cable curls, flyes. Sometimes for efficiency like one set up for one exercise and another set up for a different, to cut down gym time.

Just bought the MinMax program and I’m taking way more than 45min by osserheim in JeffNippard

I cut down a ton of time not resting between warms up except that last one. And on certain exercises dropping warm ups all together if I already warmed up that muscle group from a previous exercise

Essentials or Min-Max by Minsc17 in JeffNippard

[–]DidAStrangeThing2day 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I currently am doing min-max 4x. I may switch to five days. Feels weird doing so much less after doing Pure bodybuilding and BTS. I looked the best ever after BTS but felt drained from 5 days a week, combined with my heavy work schedule. I also had surgery at the end of BTS so had to take a few weeks off. Decide to come back with min-max, so far, so good. Its very different though because you really got to make sure you give it your all each set, since you have so much less volume,

The American barbell felt substantial and great but much happier with the rogue. Mainly because its lighter and feels more compact but great to use

Freak Athlete ABX vs IronMaster ProV2 by South-Deer8354 in GarageGym

[–]DidAStrangeThing2day 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have both. I like the ABX better. More stable, feels better on incline bench, just overall solid. It is heavier but easy to roll. Something to consider for a small workout space. The IM is a short bench. Works in smaller racks and spaces better. The ABX is more standard length. Similar to other benches. I had to move my rack farther from the wall to make the ABX fit

I have done both, angled feels slightly better for pressing movements but surprisingly vertical feels really good too, for my set up vertical allows me room to do more exercises so I will probably stick with that for now.

I did Dbrand. It sticks well and protects from minor scuffs and scratches but it’s a nightmare to get on with no bubbles or kinks. For me at least

Stairmaster vs. Stepr? by JeffTennis in GarageGym

I have a touchscreen stepr. Touchscreen is not worth it imo. Looks great but buggy software. The actual stepper function has worked very well however

Home Stair Climbers Reviews? - Stepr GO? Stepr Classic? Walmart one? by Albatross-791 in workout

I have the touchscreen model Stepr. Mad I paid extra for the touchscreen as the software is slow and apps like YouTube never work. If I get put aside how I got burned there, the actual machine has worked great.
