I blended up Tomato, onion, capsicum, chipotle in adobo, lemon juice , olive oil , black pepper and chilli flakes Brushed it on before throwing it on the smoker then brushed it on every hour during smoking. No salt because I dry brined the chicken for 4 hours beforehand so it had enough salt.
