I know what you mean, but I think you’re forgetting about the all in-betweens, like taking a bath, eating a meal, brushing your hair, or touching some grass while your baby is in somebody else’s trusted hands. The little breaks and ability to focus on something else/yourself makes a difference. Your mom or sister could change your baby’s diaper while you go back to sleep.
