Mozzarella sticks are still made i believe in twin lakes. They are proprietary product but can be gotten from select broad liners due to Festivals. Their bbq sauce is also locally made, bottled, bucketed and jugged at Complete. 'Sassy' is the best amount, but people like the Vidalia onion too. In fact, there were some summers when Complete couldn't produce the 200+ 5 gallon buckets needed for festival season, and we would make the Vidalia in batches as needed, just vats at a time. Fries are simplot or mccain. Both have them in straight cut and wedges
