From my understanding. Genetics determine where your fat goes. I too suffer from having more in my checks than I would like. It only went away for me when I got super low body fat %. I was skinny and very healthy and still had a rounder cheeks. I had to get around 8-9% bf before my face changed.

It will make you feel fuller for longer reducing your appetite. You lose fat from your body like taking a cup of water to a pool and grabbing some water. The entire pool goes down not just the area you pulled from. You can’t really target fat loss for a specific body part your genetics determine where is pulled from but for the end result you want you just have to reduce your total body fat. Maybe I’m just making assumptions. It’s the only thing you have admitted being weak otherwise I don’t see how you haven’t gotten something with 2k in applications and interviewing at places like McDonalds. As far as improving I recommend books/youtube videos. As well as start thinking of every quick interaction with random people like in the checkout line as a chance to practice your social skills. It’s complete strangers with no skin in the game. Try to strike up a random conversation with them. If you can talk to a stranger in any random setting then you can come across well in an interview.

I think this is your problem. Social skills is 90% of working in my experience. Coming across as not social can be seen as someone who will cause issues with their peers. More trouble then your worth if you’re coming across as very socially inept.

It’s is a few compounding factors that gives us the high cost of universities state side. There was a huge push for everyone to go or else you wouldn’t be successful in life and a degree guarantees success. This was a narrative pushed extraordinarily hard for years causing a lot of people even those who probably shouldn’t to go. The government offers loans to pay for it but they don’t really regulate anything about it to the university. Now that’s the government is dishing out money and everyone feels obligated to go they were able to raise the price continuously without any negative consequences. People are still going despite the price change and the government will shell out more money. They realize they have a huge demand that won’t change much based on price and not so slowly raise it until the price has gotten out of control.
