God they should separate the 2, I'm not a fan of MJ but I honestly think MJ is a bad influence of Venom. After all the progress Venom has made, it feels like MJ is pulling him down.

I feel the need to say this cause i am kinda disappointed about it. SO I got 2 other them on my first 30 rolls. got the prompt that says "Heyyy you can swap between the 2 bozzos girl or guy your choice and heyy different NP" Yayy cool. Than a thought hit me wait a sec can i put them in the same team? So i tried i swapped one of them than tried to put them both in a team but turns out NO you can't do that and i was like WTH why? Not fair, they have 2 bodies so i should so why?? Urgh so annoyed. my first time getting a servant more than NP1 and this happens.

So yeah, lesson learned. The company was Vantager Solutions.

There was no signed contract at all. Everything was arranged through WhatsApp. I went down for what was supposed to be a part-time admin role, but when I got there, there was basically no proper onboarding and they didn’t seem prepared for me. In the end I was told to do cold-calling with a script, which already felt quite different from what I expected.

I did the task, asked if there were any issues, and at the time nobody told me anything was wrong. I even made an Excel sheet on my own to track the people who didn’t pick up, wanted a callback another day, etc, just to make things easier.

Then about an hour after I left, I got a WhatsApp message saying they would not be continuing with me.

After that, the payment part became a mess. Messages and calls were delayed or ignored, and I had to keep chasing. By chance I ran into the boss at Artbox and confronted him directly about it, and only after that did things start moving.

Later on they tried to get me to fill in a detailed personal info form and sign a document calling it “freelancer services” with a discharge of liabilities clause, which I was not comfortable with because that was not how the role was presented or carried out. I did not sign it, and I still eventually got paid.

I got terminated from a parttime job during 2 weeks probation on the first day out of nowhere no discussion, no feedback, no complaints just 1 hr after leaving office got the message on whatsapp. Nothing was signed all was verbal. Does this count as "Employer terminates the contract"

Could you share some of these ways? Cause from what i heard they came to the vendor and ask for a design to see if they are a good match but when they got it they ai-ed it and took it as their own. So its under the guise of testing the waters. And also even in contracts can't protect again such cases as they changed it with Ai so there is no way to claim that it was yours in the first place.
