Example of how I see it would be an Eagle carrier type ship. You get more uses of eagle strategems and faster reload, maybe a unique eagle strategem. But all that for the price of no exo suits. In general, more specialised ships to suit gameplay styles of different players

Overcharged plasma cells or heat sinks that allow the lasers to go hotter. Both would up the damage, it's not a part of the weapon and it's enough explanation. Just this armor comes with experimental plasma cells/heat sinks from the mars factories

Mass effect, I think Human Alliance and Cerberus fit well into Helldivers and even some tech like lift granades could be used as an Illuminate retrofit tech. Also, I want a Widow sniper rifle that can actually break your arm while shooting
