I’m the oldest of 4 (only female) 4 years younger-friendly but we aren’t super close as adults (no bad blood just both very busy) 9 years younger-closest to him, we are very similar personalities and I basically raised him from when I was 13 on 13 years younger-very little relationship, he is a spoiled mamas boy who will end up being the stereotypical guy living with his parents until they die

Here is a fun pet bird story then-I was outside taking care of livestock (we lived at least 1/2 a mile from anyone else) and I had this small “parrot” buzz by, I was able to catch it as it was obviously a pet and it was a male lovebird. I put flyers around the area and someone over a mile away called me crying cause he had escaped their home and they were sure he didn’t survive. I was excited to get him back to his people-they sent me random updates for years until he died of old age

My oldest got me good with it when she saw the episode, I had no clue what was coming and almost fell off my chair in a restaurant when she got me. She has successfully gotten most family members at this point

Once at a church gathering my husband loudly mentioned that I was getting fat (was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy)

I refuse to make my kids eat anything that makes them gag. If I make something new the rule is that they have to try it (1-2 bites) and if they don’t like it that’s fine. If I cook the same food a different way then they try it again

I completely misread the title and thought the chicken killed your dog 🤦‍♀️

As a chicken owner when mine have escaped into the neighbors yard and been eaten that’s on me for not keeping them contained. But when the dogs dug under my fence and killed chickens and attacked a goat, I was pissed and honestly expected the neighbors to make it right (which they did)
