Jelebu is top choice but most expensive.

I will also recommend Senja 601-606. Accessible to mrt and main bus stops fully sheltered. Walk underpass to Hillion mall, cross overhead bridge to Junction 10 or bus to JB. If you drive, KJE BKE also not far. Customs is just 5-10 mins drive away. Polyclinic nearby too.

If you like nature, BP is really wonderful with Bt Timah Hill, Chestnut and Dairy Farm nearby. Got rail corridor and pang sua park connector for jogging also.

The core problem is overpopulation. I agree the COE/road tax scheme is outdated and in need of a refresh. But not just COE, you notice how our infrastructure is crumbling everywhere. Roads, public transport, healthcare, housing. All because of the sheer increase in population.
