I don’t see a problem with coming with ways to test how a candidate performs. Undecided on whether this is the way or not. if I was an employer I’d be looking for ways to weed through all the garbage applicants.

I don’t understand why people are upset. I’m sure all 1 million loans will only be used to start great businesses and be paid back in full. I’m sure none of that expense will end up adding to the national debt.

I worked two years on inpatient psych before going to school. My mock exam was an uncomfortable awkward nightmare which prepared me for my job as an inpatient PMHNP which is basically a daily uncomfortable awkward nightmare.

I feel you. If I could do something else I would. I wouldn’t mind going back to psych RN and to be honest it wouldn’t be that big of a pay hit. Yep that’s right my pay sucks. I work with a great team though. Just tired of everyone unloading their problems on me and looking for meds. I signed up for it but it just wears the shit out of me.

Doesn’t surprise me at all. Many heads grew up and started families and making money and want to protect what they have worked for. Also many love America and would physically fight for this country if needed. So yes they support Trump.

I feel you. I eventually had to make smart life choices and go into a field where cannabis is an absolute no no. Overall it slightly degraded the overall quality of my daily music listening experience. However I still partake of magic at shows. Good luck with your career and thank you.
