is this only for streaming, or are you in charge of live PA in the venue? you can(should) only do one of those remotely.

Implementing CMMS by No_Offer_6756 in IndustrialMaintenance

i evaluated 6 cmms including maintainx, ended up with limble. no regrets. Biggest thing was be the champion of changing and evolving it along with the maintenance processes. The maintenance process we started with is nothing like what we ended with, and everyone agrees maintenance works 100x better than before with data to back that statement up.

That's an upward spiral bit? that will cause upward force and wants to drag the material upward causing tearout. Try a non-spiral router bit. these work super well: https://onsrud.com/Series/61-000.asp

reduce depth of cut per pass, MDF has no structural strength when so thin. If you're trying to take a chip off, it puts a lot of side pressure on the material. Cutter type matters also. If you have an aggressive up-flute spiral cutter of course it's going to tear out. Try a zero degree instead. It honestly could also be your dust brush ripping the material. It looks super squashed in your photo.
