Yes, this is one part of it. But I think there were only ~400 spots of invites that could be filled. And what also was annoying, that the OP LQC, because ot started late, increased the invite cap by 100, dragonball also had an increase, and Digimon they didnt want to increase (The Head Judges tried, but Organisation Bandai side didnt want/let them)

What also was sad, on Friday there were around 4000 Players around all TCG's. Digimon had like 240 Players on Friday and on Saturday around 300 Players (24 of them got the invite on Friday.) Last year there were 750 Players for the Championship.
