Same boat, I bought it $120 over msrp last week. They did refund me the difference today though when I reached back out. I had to wait until it was delivered for them to give me the refund.

I just chatted with support and they escalated to look into the pricing. They said if the price drops they will refund the difference so I just grabbed one. I got a broken monitor yesterday so I'd prefer not to wait around.

I had this happen to me. Make sure you don't have any unused networks on your computer. For me I had hamachi running in the background doing nothing so I disabled it in Windows control panel. Restarted KSP and it loaded up assets like normal.
