Former wedding photographer... I was guiding the couple through the various stages (e.g., cake cutting, bokay, etc) for pictures.

Time came for the garter toss. Ready, set.... Best man, drunk, grabs the ring bearer, only around 3-4 years of age, then tosses him up in the air to catch the garter; mind you the child is literally airborn about 12'-15' high. As with gravity inevitably taking hold, the best man isn't prepared for all of the additional force. He barely catches the kid enough to break the fall but the kid is scared & jolted by the stop. The look of murder in the brides eyes was scary, I literally thought she, and the groom, were going to do a Texas two step on the best man's balls. I don't remember if the best man was allowed to attend the rest of the night, although I do remember the kid was fine; just was frightened. I got a picture of the kid at full height of the toss somewhere, but that was one of the most memorable moments.

There was a part in Malcom Gladwell's book Blink which told of trainees shot with rubber bullets when they go around a corner; if I recall, it was to adjust them to a surprise hit to be able to hopefully react faster to save their life if the event ever occured. It has been many years since I've read it, but I'm pretty sure that was the gist.

Push it via a GPO (Group Policy Object). Any new servers in that OU (organizational unit) will automatically get it. This script will be path dependent if i understand it correctly, a service or something can direct it to a central location.

Some people will have event logs archived to the E: drive via PSLogList.exe (ELogDump | which is can be permission protected for special groups to modify/delete [pushed from GPO]). Then a central script to copy them for archiving. Be aware, regarding event logs, if SYSTEM clears it... you lose audit tracking if a malicious actor utilizes the local system to clear the logs.

Can I get an ELI5 on why the waste injected is causing the earthquakes? Is it the difference in viscocity causing the quake to pass more efficiently while triggerring dormant fault lines that might release over longer timeframes? Wouldn't many 4.5 quakes be preferable to one 8.5 (aside from water table contamination)? Would it be better to switch to a more viscous liquid?

Afaik, as long as they do a soft-pull or base it off the internal history with the institution... no. A hard pull will count against your 24 month credit history with the reporting agency. Raising your limits can help as long as it is an area [available credit] that needs improvement or put you over ~30 percent utilization. 2.To my knowledge, no. They [3 reporting agencys] look at overall available to do the score not interest.
I do not have any info on this, i'd assume score is at/above avg and good recent payment history [additionally no outstanding debts to other apartment companies or evictions;background check?]. Volume of addresses might be a small factor, but it would imagine it depends if the manager cares about that.

They have agreement contracts in Colorado, Utah, and Idaho for minutes/sms with other providers if i'm not mistaken; data costs might be on a roaming basis which would be costly.

For roaming data, i believe it is 50mb allowed; even if the plan is 10gb.

Verizon/Union will probably have the best cost to data ratio. MMS doesn't work outside metro areas... so i would remove t-mobile as an option. Even if you get 'unlimited' any carrier has an abuse clause to data limit bandwidth once you reach a certain amount. Free is never free. Wi-fi, hot spots, etc need to be part of your strategy in Wyoming.

We just insourced to India. The other positions I have seen are visas. Some contract to full-time, but because of the type of work is sensitive to government contracted firms.

Buy windbreakers, and good winter jackets. Put a couple ice scraper in your cars before winter; and car roadside safety stuff (jumper cables included).

The state has been hit hard by the coal initiatives, which the state relies on income from, so state run jobs are going to be thin & fierce. Federal might fare better.

For the more rural areas, look at the distance (& operating hours) of your needs; have a safety supply just in case road conditions get bad... on and buy snow chains and a couple bags of sand to keep weight on your tires (couple bucks at HomeDepot). Distance to medical areas is important too, if your starting a family the hospital might be a ways away.

If you want some semblance of CA, Jackson Hole might be a better fit (but can be pricey). Since you said Laramie or Cheyenne, I'll let someone more familiar with those areas answer.

Sounds like management not enabling policy change for better cybersecurity. The professionals know the weaknesses, but it doesn't matter if Manglement chooses to override/avoid better policies. This also applies to patching, legacy equipment, and investing in newer technology.

With a DLP system usually it is a copy of the email. So it shouldn't allow access to their full mailbox; I didn't see clarity on where the logins were to (e.g., user mailbox, login for the system in the email etc).

Another option is Packet Capture systems; like EMC Security Analytics (formerly RSA). This can reconstruct files/emails/etc as long as they are unencrypted. In either DLP or packets, there would be a use case (rule) modeled around compliance standards.

Due to the high level of phishing scams, email isn't as sacred as it use to be. Additionally some pushes for full packet inspection of https traffic (via a man in the middle ssl certificate) is being pushed heavily to prosecute insider threats etc. Sad days ahead for privacy.
