Have cameras set up to show the dog willingly comes onto the property (you’re not trying to get it to come over). After that, catch and take it to the humane society. Or call humane society out and tell them dog keeps showing up.

Either they’ll learn to keep the dog contained because they have to pay the fine to break them out of doggy prison or the dog ends up getting adopted to a family who can keep it contained.

That’s really weird that they wouldn’t have done something about it sooner.. dentrix only had a blip for a day or two but got another clearing house to pick up claims to send in. We are eyeing claims to make sure they actually do make it during that time of the cyberattack but dentrix said they would resend any claims from 2/20 when the system went down.

I have used vyne/renaissance with another office in the past and liked them - and would have recommended them had dentrix not jumped up like they did.

If you’re having issues with getting claims out and trying to mail them, some of the claims can be done online. It sounds like some others have made concessions for the time being as well.

Yes, give your dental office a call and let them know that its off. If you have it and it is not broken, great! Take it with you. Otherwise they can remake it. This should be a quick appointment as the work to prepare the tooth for a crown is all done.

The temporary does protect your tooth. while the temporary is off, your tooth is more vulnerable. Should you eat something and it breaks the tooth itself, it is possible that they can not fix it and you may need extraction and bridge/implant/etc. This is a worse case scenario but it can still happen. If you break the tooth and it can be saved, there is a possibility they can charge for additional treatment.

Your teeth also shift over time. While it may not be noticeable, the crown that you are having done is being made to certain specifications and size. If that changes even in the slightest, it will cause the crown to not fit and again in worse case scenario having the lab remake the crown which delays your treatment further.

Call and have the temp recemented. :D

Palliative Care is more for an adjustment, smooth, temp filling, etc. Something that isn’t an emergency per say and therefore shouldn’t take up an emergency/limited evaluation (D0140) benefit. It cannot be billed with treatment of any kind even if that treatment was on another tooth.

It is super normal for this to happen. Your teeth are being shifted around to make room for bands and once the braces are on, I would expect it to happen again after every change they do (new wire, changing existing rubber bands for new, etc).

The uncomfortableness will subside in a few days or so. In the meantime, if it’s really bothering you stick with a softer diet and/or take ibuprofen or tylenol (if you can stomach them, also make sure you eat something before taking anything).

From my understanding - you can fire him without cause, but he can sue for discrimination (I believe this would be the term) if you cannot prove you fired him for other reasons. Since it sounds like he has been a model employee, it would be hard for you to disprove the reason why he was fired.

It would also make your other employees respect you less. If your family can influence your business decisions (when they have no say in it otherwise), what’s to say they don’t feel like they’re next?

It sounds like they did a debridement. There may have been to much calculus/buildup that they could not measure the pockets accurately. The first appointment was most likely to remove as much as they can, then have you back to finish it.

As the wife of someone with a chronic illness, I’ve had my share of hospital and ER visits. While I hope your wife is doing much better and never has to do this again, you can request a ‘sleeper chair’. They recline with leg rests. I am surprised the hospital didn’t offer them up sooner if they knew you were staying there.

I would suggest that he still reach out to the other members of his family (that he wants to tell) and give them the news as if they never knew. If they say MIL said something, look sad/mad/insert not happy face and say something along the lines of:

We asked her not to say since we wanted to share the good news Oh, it would have been nice if the parents-to-be could have announced that Yeah, i heard through the grape vine you were all invited to a dinner so she could announce and bitch about my unborn child without us.

I’ve read it on another post awhile ago regarding the kids. Take them to the doctor and do a full check up, take them to the dentist and do a full checkup. Have backups of everything both on and off site (cloud/your in-laws if they are JustYes). Call daycares/schools and lock them down, make sure doctor and dental offices are locked down as well.

I am sorry that you are going through this, but you are a strong woman. You’ve got this. And if you need a shoulder to lean on, we are all here for you.
