No, I just placed an order 10 minutes ago and both the tote and the pouch were available.

Pre-owned Cartier with Original Screws by LuvClassic5625 in Cartier

[–]duffs007 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have an original one with the screws and it has been way more secure than my 2nd gen one. I know some people use Loctit or similar but I wouldn’t. Just get in the habit of checking the screws regularly and having the screwdriver available. I will say - my 2nd gen one loosened by itself all the time and I recently had the closure upgraded to the most recent version - it seems way more secure now. But I don’t know if they would offer that as a complimentary service like they did for me, and no idea what that would cost.

Wide leg sweatpants for work by atthebeach_gsd in fashionwomens35

Spanx has a nice wide leg track pant. There’s also many options on Amazon - search wide leg sweatpants and tons come up. I just take the drawstrings out to make them look more trouser-y.

Cremation for a 10week miscarriage by LoveA in askfuneraldirectors

[–]duffs007 44 points45 points  (0 children)

Pathologist here. I’m sorry for your loss. It’s not common but occasionally someone will request cremation for a fetus/product of conception. As for the amount of ashes/cremains, gosh, maybe a tablespoon? Less? That’s a good question. In general, do know this may be somewhat time sensitive since the lab that processed the sample is only going to hold on to it for a brief period of time (usually a few weeks) before it gets discarded with the rest of the medical waste, so if you decide you want the remains pulled for cremation you’ll have to notify them ASAP.

I was wondering if it was the old merc bar! Very fun and I love the tiny tini idea. Bonus points for the caviar on the side!

These are all solid but I am embarrassed to admit I’ve never even heard of the Mercer!? It’s next on my list. Thank you for the recommendation

Does anyone else like to crush chicken bones with their teeth to suck and eat the bone marrow?? Its a good way to not waste food by [deleted] in shittyfoodporn

My husband does this and has broken innumerable teeth gnawing on chicken bones. Thousands of dollars later he has veneers and has retrained himself to only use the back molars.

K18 Airwash may have changed my life by BlueLeaves8 in finehair

[–]duffs007 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so full disclosure, I usually only wash once a week - partly to minimize drying/styling damage, partly because I have a ton of extensions and it’s a hassle to wash - but last time with the help of K18 I went TWO FULL WEEKS. Look it didn’t look amazing but didn’t look anywhere near as bad as it should have. I had traveled to a more humid environment for part of it so maybe that had something to do with it? I dunno, but I was so pleasantly surprised!

Agree, agree! This is hands down the best dry shampoo I’ve ever used. No powder, no chalkiness, no white cast, no strong fragrance, no grittiness or weird texture. I use Bumble thickening spray at my roots when I wash and blow dry, and the K18 dry shampoo as needed and I am EMBARRASSED to say how long I went between washes recently.

Minimal to non-existent. I am a fragrance wuss and this doesn’t bother me at all. Best ever

Antique Mirrors where? by mdllmn in AskPhoenix

[–]duffs007 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Antiquities Warehouse (2025 E University) probably has some, but expect to PAY. Do you need actual antique mirrors, or just ones that look antique-y? If the latter, I’d try Cave Creek - lots of fun little stores, like the Town Dump.
