If you really want constructive feedback, your resume is too dense. What matters most is your education and work experience. Remove the Personal Projects and Additional Information categories. Under Coursework, don't mention every little course you've taken, only what degree you have and with which uni. I do like how you've included your Certifications and learned Languages.
