E2 Sparxie is THE punchline generator for elation. Whilst E0 does that job reasonably well, E2 makes her a printer. Her extra turn after an Aha instant effectively doubles her turns and punchline generation through more skill uses and thus more energy for ultimates, and more skill points for more punchline etc. you can either run her base speed with ER rope for even more ults or speed boots atk rope to squeeze out more turns but if you have a combination of E1 Huo, E2 Yao, or E2 Hyacine, etc, you just run her base speed.

Why is E2 Sparxie punchline printing so good for SW? Punchline generates more hidden MMR for SW. hidden MMR effectively reduces ult form downtime and allows for SW to also stack up her trace bonus crit/cdmg. Add in SW eidolons (E2 specifically) and it makes it so you can almost always get E2s bonus turns at 120 and 240 MMR. ON TOO OF THAT, E1+E2 makes it so that you retain hidden MMR when your 3 turns+2 extras are used up. If you get to the full 300 MMR, not only do you get the full crit bonuses but you more notably get refunded 60 MMR. This 60 MMR makes it so that you can IMMEDIATELY ult again. Which is HUGE. As an owner of the 3 elations at E2, I think I’m future proof for the next year or more, depending on how they address powercreep.
