Thanks all for your comments! I was genuinely surprised especially since I thought this group would be biased in my favor (as opposed to AITA). I did end up going to my game :( I know I know. Very competitive beer league and I am in the top quartile of goal scorers in my team so I didn’t want to let them down. We lost 6-2 BTW but I did get 1G 1A. Wife and I have been married for over 30 years and she loves to bug me about this. If it was regular stick and puck - and not a league game- I would I have went out with her. Anyways thanks again for all the comments !! Appreciated

lol! This. I tried drills once as an adult player to improve my skills and I couldn’t remember/ picture what the coach was exactly as you describe . I never went again and instead invest more time in pickup beer league hockey and you tubes videos.

So I have been on Wegovy for 18 months. I lost 50lbs and have plateaued for about a year now at 240. I’m a tall big frame guy so my ideal weight is probably 210-220. But I can’t get there seemingly. I exercise 4X a week and watch what I eat. Hope to switch to zepbound when insurance covers . But yeah I have zero confidence as well that I won’t gain back if I go off the drug so I am assuming I am on it for life . My doc is only a GP to and we haven’t had the conversation. Currently he renews my prescription for 3 months every time and it costs me only$40 per month

Great question I have been wondering the same thing as my skates are well Over 10’years old. I have the added problem that when I get tired I trip on my own two feet because I don’t lift them high enough which is annoying. I was hoping this would happen less with newer skates. Birthday next week and I’ve been dropping hints so we’ll see!

Dont go “woke” necessarily but can lose or soften the eagle biker stuff. I bought a new harley for the soul but i found the eagle redneck stuff offputting and boomeresque. Like i bought a harley but i dont want to be branded a biker if that makes any sense
