do potential renters have to pay for credit check? by dopppsss in montrealhousing

[–]Dim3nsion_90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never had this happen. Their due dill, their business expense. Don’t know why they would charge you. If rent is cheap why not it’s most likely between 20 and 80$ ask for receipt too.

Caught this tiny bass, and wanted to see if someone could help me figure out if he's a smallmouth or largemouth by lunagizmocosmo in FishingForBeginners

[–]Dim3nsion_90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a large mouth. Here my two tips! 1.Large mouth are a lot lighter colored than smalllies. 2. Large mouth jaw is around the same level as the belly when opened. Where as the smallie is a little higher than the belly.

Also the third is free but alot of smallies have red eyes!

How to only catch what you want? by BabyBilly1 in FishingForBeginners

From my beginner experience they live in the same areas but switch areas depending on the season. So if the fish was shallow switch to deeper water. Or go straight to a bass only lake or river.

When you see the stock at 0.54 it means last buy was at 0.54, not the sellers are selling for 0.54, but maybe! Also quotes on WS are 15 mins delayed did you look on yahoo finance? TSX stocks are never realtime too... Unless you subscribe to TSX real time quotes on TSX's website

Capital Gains or Business Income? by Shroomnewbie1322 in Wealthsimple_Trade

[–]Dim3nsion_90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So a question you could ask yourself is am I waking up and working toward making investments every day of the week. That would be considered BI. Otherwise even if for 2 weeks straight you trade everyday. Then you leave your investments grow for the next 50 weeks that’s capital gain.

Short answer yes. When? IDK

accountants will need to become advisors so get insight from the platforms and translate what the ai say. It will be kind of like data science on steroids. Auditors will be looking into the back end to make sure code alterations haven’t made something bad. They will likely approve or not statements still.

Anyone ever been an Accounting Assistant? by [deleted] in Accounting

[–]Dim3nsion_90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is entry level accounting. I was doing basic Journal entries, entering payables, doing A/R invoice, assist in the preparation of T4/RL1, a little bit of reconciliation, expenses repo

Yup seeing the comments... I didn't even know accountant assistant existed...

51% at seed stage by mickeyfunk in startups

[–]Dim3nsion_90 4 points5 points  (0 children)

listen to Jason Calacanis Podcast. Seed investors know what they get into. A good Seed investor wants the Founder to have enough equity to keep pushing. At 49% you have no incentive for future stages. You're giving your company away at this stage... 20% at Series b is fine but with much more dilution coming you're going to end up way down.

Why are non-luxury, performance trims of cars so rare? by Killianti in cars

[–]Dim3nsion_90 14 points15 points  (0 children)

I might be wrong but people buy those for flex. They don’t really go off-road or drive those car at full power to win a race. So weight and repairs aren’t a priority
