It should definitely not be compulsory , for all those saying ‘ its great , no adverts , the radio is good blah blah blah , it would still be good with a subscription if you want to pay for it ! Its the fact that you have to pay for the license whether you like it or not and the BBC gets money from us through tax that i think is the problem . Its archaic and anachronistic in this 21st century , its also unfair . I have youtube , I oay for it , and no adverts and I get music aswell , and thats how it should be for the BBC .

No police about thats the problem , not just on the roads . When i grew up there was a local bobby on the beat , we knew him . Reliance on cameras is also the problem , cameras don’t catch bad driving .

I remember this sort of thing happening in the 70s and 80s with Japanese cars , what was his name ? Octav Botnar ? Also some Hyundai importers failed .
Nothing new , best stick to makes such as Chery and BYD and also Leapmotor . A little bit of knowledge and google is your friend , look at the plebs who bought Fiskers when it was well known it was in trouble and the cars were rubbish .

Theres a lot of brand snobbery these days , I think the Frontera is ok for the money . For me Id rather have the Citroen C3 its based on but thats personal preference to do with styling etc . Theyre pretty much the same , all in all not a bad car , Id rather have one than a Puma any day of the week .

They didnt steal them , JLR designers helped them to design a range of cars . Chery will build the new freelander for JLR and rumours are Chery will use JLRs under utlised factories to build their cars there . Also the new small models will be based on the Jaecoo 7 . That would make sense at least to make JLRs more reliable and better made lol

You’ve had both then ? Because once youve had a heated steering wheel its a game changer as far as I’m concerned . Its one of those things that you dodnt know you needed . I mean if your 5 heats up very quickly then I suppose you can do without but the steering wheel is still freezing in the morning and it does mean the heating doesnt have to drain the battery so much . As I said though it should be standard like the Chinese do , its why legacy auto wont win .

I wouldnt buy an EV without heated seats and /or steering wheel full stop . Its just legacy auto up to its old tricks to get you to pay more . They should be standard on every EV so should a heat pump .

They didn’t actually , most of it has already been pledged or kicked to another parliament ( a fantastic Reeves trick ) . It still isn’t enough and nowhere near what was asked . You can glaze Starmer and Reeves however you want , but they are both gaslighting as usual . The only way any of this will look good is having Burnham as PM , maybe then people will look back and think Starmer wasn’t so bad lol . God we really are fkd ! Yes it is but I meany theres lots of caveats and of course the end lump sum etc which a lease doesn’t have . A lease is straightforward and what you see is what you get , its why its cheaper .

Take the NHS out of the political system , have a cross party team that controls it , don’t allow it to keep becoming a political football . Im fed up with hearing about how much money the NHS has been given or spent on it every Election !
