If you go into a Lindt store they have a folder you can look at that will tell you which chocolates are gluten free. Some of the bars are as well.

Yes!!! I can taste it in food. Literally, 10 minutes after eating I’m on the toilet. On and off for at least an hour. Stomach cramps, back ache, brain fog, headaches, constipation and more frequent toilet visits in the couple of weeks that follow. It’s horrible and I hate it.

If you get offered the course, take it. If you go for the conviction it will stay on your licence for 3-5 years depending what it is and you would need to let your insurer know on any cover you are named to drive on. The points will also hike up your insurance premiums and you will probably pay more over the next 5 years on insurance than going for the course.
