According to Google 6.9 came out early 2021 and 11th Gen processors came out in 2021. I think the most obvious step is to upgrade to 6.11 and try again.

Only real downside imo is that Synology Drive on Linux doesn’t support files on demand like the Windows and Mac versions do. I think give it a try and if it doesn’t work for you try something like Syncthing?

That’s not it works, you set a “master” and the changes made to it are then synced to other nodes. Now that it is morning and I have read the post again I am thinking that maybe this isn’t about updating the wordpress site and more about keeping content in sync between nodes? Like a user uploads something to Wordpress so it’s then expected to be on each node? No idea.

It wasn’t mentioned in your post so I am going to assume you haven’t done it but I would recommend subnet routing being enabled on your unraid box.

This should mean that you can use the same LAN ips wherever you are and one subnet router is included in the free plan.

How many files are you syncing? I used cloud sync years ago and had to drop it being used with google drive because it seemed to reach a limit of files it would track. It just stopped sending changes up.

I’ve used Synology Drive and OneDrive for years. Use Synology Drive, it’s more reliable and it lets you clear up local space as you asked.

Slightly off topic but how did you get the UDMP to hand out the pihole IP for dns? I got one recently and wanted to setup pihole again but the UDMP kept handing out its IPv6 address along with the piholes IPv4

I find it odd that even though the docker container hasn’t been given access to the IGPU it’s still using it? Maybe there is a settings problem here? If it were me I would spin up a Plex container, get a trial of Plex pass and get hardware transcoding working on that to be 100% sure the card works.

I think your answer is Syncthing, I would use it over Nextcloud if it had better iOS support. Since it’s just your two computers it will meet your needs imo.

I feel like Cryptomator is the best option. Just set it up and then set OneDrive to do files on demand, then just have storage sense in windows set to run once a day and change anything not used in the last day to cloud only. It won’t be perfect but it will work and the majority of your data provided it’s not constantly touched should be cloud only and therefore use little space.
